- The lease is a minimum of 4 months and can be renewed in 4-month increments or longer if needed.
- When signing the lease, a deposit of $200.00 along with the first month's rent is due at signing of the lease.
- Every band member who will be occupying the practice space must sign lease.
- Rent includes 24-hour access, heating and a/c, dedicated clean power, carpeted rooms, and individual alarm system can be added for $20/month. Rental rates are $225 - $275/month for the spaces.
Artist operated rehearsal studios located in Fourth Ward of Downtown Charlotte. Initiated to increase community interaction in the scene, Queen City Underground is already home to best groups in Charlotte. Current artists include the following:
